Upcoming Tour: Essequibo River Jungle Trip

The Wildtales Inc.

Home Skills and Bushcraft

Learn the jungle from the people who've never left it.

Bow making. Fire by friction. Tracking. Campcraft. Expedition leadership. Practical rainforest skills taught by Indigenous instructors and experienced field professionals in the Amazon rainforest of Guyana.

The classroom is the rainforest.

Most bushcraft courses teach isolated skills. Ours teach skills shaped by real rainforest living. Every technique is taught by Indigenous Makushi and Patamona instructors who still use these systems in daily life for hunting, fishing, camp building, travel, and survival in Guyana’s interior.

Learn bow-making, fire by friction, natural cordage, trapping, campcraft, jungle movement, and plant knowledge through direct field experience in the Amazon rainforest. Our bushcraft and expedition skills courses are internationally accredited and built around practical learning rather than classroom theory.
