Arrival
We ensure that the participants arrive safely in Georgetown and are sent to their domestic airlines to meet with the team of instructors in Lethem by the Brazilian border.
Jungle survival training
The jungle survival training starts on day two from arrival to the interior. Guests will be equipped, briefed, and taken to the foot of the mighty Kanuku Mountain. Once in the jungle, the training starts, and participants will be taken through the lessons necessary to survive the jungle. We will be going through theory and practical experiences all while getting to know wildlife, biology, and traditional culture alongside our instructors from the nearby community.
Isolation
No skills can be proven until tested; therefore, participants will get a chance to go alone or in groups to experience a night alone in the jungle. Here all the skills will have to be applied to ensure shelter, food, fire, and a good night’s sleep.
